2. Medical Consultation & Clearance
Before beginning this or any exercise program, you must consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional to determine if physical exercise is appropriate for your personal health profile. This is especially vital if you:

- Have a personal or family history of heart disease, hypertension, or cardiovascular issues.
- Experience shortness of breath, dizziness, or lightheadedness upon exertion.
- Are pregnant, postpartum, or nursing.
- Are currently taking prescription medications that may affect blood pressure, heart rate, or balance.
3. Assumption of Inherent Physical Risk
Exercise and physical training—including weightlifting, progressive overload, resistance training, high-intensity intervals, and cardiovascular conditioning—involve inherent and unavoidable risks of injury. These risks range from minor muscle strains, tendonitis, and joint irritation to severe injuries such as torn ligaments, bone fractures, and cardiovascular emergencies.
By accessing, downloading, or executing any workout, exercise, or protocol from Tefo Fitness, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and knowingly assume all associated risks.
Stop exercising immediately and seek emergency medical assistance if you experience acute chest pain, heart palpitations, sudden faintness, severe shortness of breath, vision disturbances, or sharp joint pain.
4. Individual Responsibility & Autonomy
You are solely responsible for:
- Selecting appropriate working loads, resistance levels, and volume based on your current physical capabilities.
- Ensuring gym equipment, barbells, dumbbells, and racks are correctly calibrated, safely assembled, and structurally sound.
- Applying adequate warm-up sets, mobility drills, and recovery days between sessions.
- Modifying, substituting, or skipping any movement that causes unusual discomfort or pain.

Results vary significantly between individuals based on genetics, training history, age, sleep quality, dietary consistency, and hormone balance. Tefo Fitness does not guarantee specific strength increases, muscle building, fat loss, or athletic milestones. Testimonials and transformation examples shared on this platform reflect individual experiences and do not represent a guaranteed standard.
